This is correct. The KBC-L2B mobile booster is compatible with the iPad and currently the only mobile booster which is capable of charging the iPad.
The mobile booster KBC-E1S comes with two eneloop batteries. Do I have to charge both eneloops simultaneously or is it possible to charge only one at the time?
You can also charge the two eneloop batteries individually with the KBC-E1S mobile booster. If you want to use the mobile booster to charge other devices you will need both eneloops in the mobile booster to be fully charged. But as you can use the eneloops also separately from the mobile booster for other devices, it is not necessary to charge them both together if you need only one.
